Tracking Packages
Once your package leaves our warehouse, we will email you the tracking number to the address provided at checkout or the main email address on your Store Account. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us for assistance.
Please note, tracking numbers are not available for first class mail. For these methods, tracking and insurance are not provided, and the delivery risk is the responsibility of the receiver.
U.S. Shipping Rates and Times
We process orders within 1 business day. Orders placed after the specified time will be processed the following business day. Items on backorder will ship as soon as they are available. In some cases, we may ship partial orders; if you prefer a partial shipment, please contact us.
Shipping rates are calculated based on your shipping details during checkout. After confirming your shipping address, you'll see all available shipping options and their costs. For accurate shipping quotes, use our online store. Any estimates provided by our staff are subject to change.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS for shipping. Occasionally, we may use UPS or FedEx. If we need to switch carriers, we will attempt to notify you and may adjust the cost accordingly if there's a significant difference in pricing.
PO Boxes
We ship to PO Boxes using USPS shipping options.
Non-Delivery, Damage, and Insurance Investigations
It is the purchaser's responsibility to track and verify the delivery of their order. If tracking indicates an issue or the package is not received within 60 days of shipment, please contact us. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue, though investigations can take up to a month.
Report any damage or tampering to us immediately and to the carrier delivering the package. If a package was delivered in your absence, report any issues to the courier and take photos of the damage. We will attempt to initiate an insurance claim, but cannot guarantee success. For urgent needs, purchase a new item, and we will refund the original purchase price upon reimbursement from the insurance company.
If you do not notify us of non-delivery within 60 days, we assume the package has been received. After 90 days from shipment, we are unable to assist with locating your package.
Address/Alternate Shipping Address Verification
To ensure safety and prevent fraud, we verify addresses through our merchant services or your credit/debit card issuer. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may experience delays. For faster processing, use the same or verified alternate shipping address.
Information Verification & Suspected Fraud
We may contact you for additional information if discrepancies are found during our verification process. Orders with unverifiable information will be canceled. If you suspect fraudulent use of your card, contact us immediately for assistance.
