• Returnable Items: All items are returnable except for sale items.
• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
• Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the item is damaged in transit.
• Notification: To qualify for a refund, you must notify us of your intention to return the item within 24 hours of delivery to your door.
• Return Window: The returned package must be received by the shipper within 72 hours of notifying us of your desire to return the item.
• Damaged Items: If the item is damaged in transit, you must provide photos before opening the package. In such cases, you will not be responsible for shipping costs.
• Packaging: The item must be returned in its original box and repacked using the same packing materials. We cannot process refunds for items received in damaged condition due to improper repacking.
